Job Description:
3 Dots, an event company, is seeking an organized and people-focused Event Client Services Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for someone looking to build experience in events, client services, or logistics support.
This role supports our event planning team while also assisting clients with important logistical arrangements connected to their events. A portion of the position includes coordinating details such as guest accommodations, transportation scheduling, and related planning elements to ensure a smooth overall experience.
We want candidates to understand that this role combines event support with structured coordination tasks.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with organizing event timelines, documentation, and vendor communications
- Communicate with clients regarding schedules and logistical details
- Help coordinate guest-related arrangements such as lodging, travel, activities and transportation tied to events
- Maintain accurate records and track important deadlines
- Provide professional support via phone and email
- Work closely with team members to ensure seamless execution
