ABOUT THE ROLE

VernCo Roofing is hiring a motivated Project Manager to lead residential roofing and exterior projects from the initial inspection through final invoice. You'll build your own book of business and serve as the go-to contact for homeowners, crews, and the internal team.
This independent contractor position offers a strong mix of autonomy, uncapped earning potential, and a real runway toward leadership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Client Management
- Build and grow your personal book of business.
- Conduct property inspections and attend insurance adjuster meetings.
- Sign contracts and communicate clear timelines to clients.
- Deliver a strong customer experience across the full project lifecycle.
Project Oversight
- Build precise estimates using AccuLynx.
- Manage projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate crews, material deliveries, and subcontractors.
- Partner with operations on final quality inspections.
Estimating & Billing
- Create and refine project estimates.
- Submit invoices and follow up on collections.
- Maintain accurate billing records and documentation.
