In this role, you will own a personal book of business and serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, crews, and internal team members.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Client Management
- Build, cultivate, and manage your personal book of business.
- Conduct professional property inspections and attend insurance adjuster meetings.
- Sign customer contracts and communicate clear project timelines.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.
Project Oversight
- Utilize AccuLynx to build precise estimates.
- Manage roofing and exterior projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate specialized crews, material deliveries, and subcontractors.
- Conduct comprehensive final quality inspections in coordination with operations.
Estimating & Billing
- Review, create, and refine project estimates.
- Submit accurate invoices and actively follow up on collections.
- Maintain precise billing records and project documentation.
