The successful candidate will be the principal point of contact for both our clients and our crew, managing resources and schedules to meet Vernco Roofing’s standard of excellence. Please note, this is not a remote position and requires presence in the Twin Cities, MN area.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Build and manage personal book of business through direct relationships and superior service.
- Conduct thorough property inspections and assess project requirements accurately.
- Collaborate with insurance adjusters during property evaluations and negotiations.
- Develop and present detailed proposals to homeowners and secure signed agreements.
- Clearly communicate project timelines, expectations, and updates with clientele.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and response throughout each project lifecycle.
- Prepare, manage, and adjust project estimates seamlessly using company-provided software (e.g., AccuLynx).
- Oversee multiple project sites, coordinating crews, subcontractors, and materials efficiently.
- Maintain rigorous safety protocols to ensure secure job site environments.
- Perform final inspections alongside customers to guarantee satisfaction with work quality and outcomes.
- Create accurate invoices, monitor billing processes, and maintain diligent financial records.
- Ensure all project documentation is comprehensive, organized, and timely.
Requirements
- Proven experience and project portfolio in the construction or roofing industry.

- Preferably certified in project management methodologies, although not mandatory.
