About the Role

We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented Project Manager to lead residential roofing and exteriorprojects from initial inspection through final invoice. This role serves as the primary point ofcontact for homeowners, crews, and internal team members, ensuring projects are completedsafely, efficiently, and with exceptional customer service.

This is a high-autonomy position with strong earning potential and long-term growthopportunities for motivated professionals who enjoy working outdoors and building clientrelationships.

Key Responsibilities

    Sales & Client Management

  • Build and manage a personal book of business
  • Conduct property inspections and assessments
  • Meet with insurance adjusters as needed
  • Present proposals and secure signed agreements
  • Communicate timelines and expectations clearly with homeowners
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle

    Project Oversight

  • Prepare and manage estimates using company software (AccuLynx)
  • Oversee projects from start to finish
  • Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and materials
  • Monitor job site safety and quality standards
  • Conduct final inspections to ensure customer satisfaction

    Estimating & Billing

  • Review and create detailed project estimates
  • Submit invoices accurately and on time
  • Monitor billing and follow up as needed
  • Maintain organized and timely project documentation
