About the Position:  We are expanding our remote team within the financial services sector and seeking reliable, professional individuals to support clients through structured virtual consultations.

This position focuses on communication, organization, and guiding individuals through a clear, compliant support process. Comprehensive training, systems, and ongoing mentorship are provided.

No cold-calling is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend scheduled virtual client appointments

• Communicate clearly and professionally with individuals and families

• Follow a structured training and consultation process

• Maintain accurate documentation and client records

• Provide timely follow-up and ongoing client support

• Adhere to compliance and state licensing requirements

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and U.S.-based

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Comfortable using Zoom, email, and basic computer systems

• Self-motivated with strong time management skills

• Professional demeanor and dependable work ethic

• Willingness to obtain required state license (training and guidance provided; typically 2–4 weeks)

• Ability to pass background check

Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, administrative support, sales, or other client-facing roles is helpful but not required.
