We are a growing swimming pool company seeking an In-Home Sales Consultant to meet with homeowners who have requested a quote for a new pool installation.
We advertise on television and social media. Homeowners contact our office after seeing our ads. Our team speaks with them and gets them pre-approved for financing before an appointment is scheduled. You will be meeting with 2-3 homeowners per day who have already reached out to us and agreed to a consultation.
This is not door-to-door sales and no prospecting is required.
• Customers call us after seeing our TV and social media advertising
• Our office speaks with the homeowner first
• Customers are pre-approved for financing
• It is confirmed that all decision makers will be present for the consultation
• You run the consultation
You are not responsible for generating leads!
• Run scheduled in-home pool consultations with a 2-hour radius of your home
• Evaluate backyard layout and homeowner goals
• Present pool design options and pricing
• Answer questions and build trust with homeowners
• Guide customers through the purchase decision
• Submit project paperwork after appointments

Compensation & Earnings
This is a performance-based compensation structure.
You are paid for each completed in-home consultation you run, regardless of whether a sale is made. Additional income is earned when a homeowner proceeds with a pool installation. The company provides the appointments, product training, and administrative support.
Typical earnings:
• Average reps: $2,500–$3,500+ per week
• Top performers: $15,000+ per month
