We're looking for experienced retail floor supervisors to join the team at the World's Most Famous Toy Store. If you lead from the front, bring a sense of play to every shift, and know how to get the best out of a team in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment, we want to hear from you.

• Lead the floor with pace and presence, setting the standard for guest engagement, team performance, and the magic guests expect from FAO Schwarz.
• Act as the leader on duty, making real-time decisions on coverage, zoning, and team deployment to keep the floor running at its best.
• Coach and develop a team of associates through in-the-moment feedback, onboarding support, and daily floor leadership.
• Own your area of responsibility end to end, ensuring it's always guest-ready, operationally tight, and commercially sharp.
• Drive sales by building a team that connects genuinely with guests, knows the product, and converts that connection into results.
• Champion FAO Schwarz standards across every touchpoint, escalating what needs escalating and solving what can be solved on the floor.

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, experiential, or performance-based environments, with a track record of coaching and developing a team through feedback and daily floor leadership.
• Strong floor presence and the confidence to make real-time decisions under pressure.
• Strong communication skills
• A genuine interest in toys, play, and what the FAO Schwarz brand stands for.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and peak retail periods.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
