Junior Media Buyer (Snapchat & Meta)

Salary Range:  $1,000 - $2,000 month

We are looking for a Junior Media Buyer with previous paid social experience who wants to grow into a high-level solo media buyer. 

You will work directly under a top-performing media buyer and help launch, manage, and optimize campaigns primarily on Snapchat, with some Meta/Facebook involvement as well. 

This role is ideal for someone who already understands the basics of media buying and wants hands-on experience scaling campaigns with a strong support system, proven workflows, and a large volume of creatives and testing opportunities. 


Responsibilities 

● Launch and manage ad campaigns primarily on Snapchat and Meta.

● Upload, test, and optimize new creatives daily.

● Monitor campaign performance and key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROI, and CVR.

● Help scale winning campaigns while maintaining performance goals.

● Conduct A/B testing across creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages.

● Work closely with senior media buyers and creative teams to improve campaign performance.

● Track campaign data and maintain organization inside dashboards and spreadsheets.

● Follow testing strategies, optimization systems, and launch processes.

● Stay updated on platform trends, policy changes, and best practices.

● Help maintain account health and operational quality.

Requirements 

● Previous media buying experience is required.

● Experience with Snapchat and/or Meta advertising preferred.

● Strong understanding of paid social performance metrics.

● Ability to analyze campaign data and make optimization decisions.

● Familiarity with ad managers, tracking, and reporting tools.

● Strong attention to detail and organization.

● Good communication skills and ability to work within a team environment.

● Competitive mindset and willingness to learn fast.

● Comfortable working in a fast-paced performance marketing environment.
