We’re looking for a proactive and charismatic Business Development Specialist to dive into sales at Trend, where relationships are our top priority. In this role, focus will be centered on cultivating potential relationships and pursuing new business opportunities.

Maintaining professional partnerships and helping spot new business opportunities in current and potential relationships is an integral part of this role. RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as point of contact in most matters relating to new client concerns, needs and campaign optimizations.
Identify and attract ideal clients to initiate, qualify, and close new business opportunities, leveraging LinkedIn, cold emailing, and other prospective tools.
Leverage conferences, industry events, and referral opportunities to expand reach and discover new connections and business opportunities.
Analyze outreach performance to adapt and refine initiative strategies.
Understand the Lead Generation and performance marketing industry.
Manage and grow assigned client accounts.
Work with internal teams to meet goals and increase profitability.
Work with the team on product management and development.
Analyze client performance KPI data.
Having weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc. client meetings to discuss state of accounts.
Keep accurate records of outreach, pipeline activity, and workflow updates.
Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and industry events when needed.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILL
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field required.
2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or another client-facing role.
Proven experience and success in client-facing sales roles.
Experience in tech sales (preferred, not required).
Experience attending conferences and/or trade shows (preferred, not required).
Experience with CRM / account management systems (preferred, not required)Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with a professional and client-centric approach.
Energetic, proactive, and relentlessly driven, with a strong initiative and exceptional charisma.
Exceptionally organized, with the ability to prioritize effectively and maintain attention to detail.
Proven capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
