Junior Analytics Associate

Salary Range:  $22.00 - $28.00 hour

ABOUT THIS JOB

We’re looking for a motivated and curious Junior Analytics Associate to join our growing analytics team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys working with data and wants to build a strong foundation in business analytics.

In this role, you’ll turn raw data into clear insights that help guide business decisions. You’ll work with different teams to gather, clean, analyze, and visualize data, while helping improve our reporting processes and ensure accuracy. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, comfortable working with others, and excited to grow in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Gather and analyze data from various sources to support decision-making processes.

  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders.

  • Maintain and update databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

  • Understand the Lead Generation and performance marketing industry. 

  • Provide support to senior analysts by assisting in more complex analyses and projects.

  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance data collection and analysis efficiency.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for business initiatives.


REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.

  • 1+ years of professional experience (internships included). 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, lookups, data cleaning, and basic formulas).

  • Familiarity with SQL and/or data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms is strongly preferred.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, concise, and actionable insights.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

  • Self-starter mindset with a strong desire to learn, improve, and grow within the organization.
