What You'll Do

• Assist clients with personal care activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and oral hygiene
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe repositioning
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry, cleaning, and organizing
• Provide transportation and assist with errands, appointments, and grocery shopping
• Provide medication reminders (no administration or injections)
• Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to the care team and family
• Document care activities accurately and follow the individualized client care plan
• Uphold client dignity, privacy, and respect in all interactions

Requirements

• Genuine compassion for seniors and individuals needing in-home support
• Must pass a thorough background check
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Physical ability to assist with lifting, transferring, and supporting clients
• Strong communication skills and a professional, respectful demeanor
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Preferred Qualifications

CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or HHA (Home Health Aide) certification

Current CPR and First Aid certification

Previous experience in home care, caregiving, or a similar role

Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities
