Job Summary: Home Health Aide

We are seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to support clients in their homes, particularly those with developmental disabilities or dementia.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily activities (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare and cook healthy meals
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Monitor health changes and report them
• Help with mobility and transportation
• Ensure timely medication intake
• Keep accurate care records in line with HIPAA regulations

Requirements:

• Experience in home health care, assisted living, or nursing homes
• Knowledge of caregiving for developmental disabilities or dementia
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to perform light housekeeping tasks
• Cooking skills for dietary needs
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations
• Compassionate and dedicated to helping others
