About the Role
Prem is building groundbreaking API and Application to empower users and businesses. We are a fast-paced, high-performance team dedicated to shipping world-class products, focusing on disciplined execution and accountability. The Prem Consulting team is a critical, customer-facing group responsible for integrating our most complex technology with client systems and custom solutions. We are looking for an extremely technical Senior Full Stack Developer to join this team and drive successful, custom client implementations.
What You’ll Do
Custom Solution Development: Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications and custom integrations for Prem's enterprise clients, working across our core API, cloud services, and client-side front-ends.
Technical Consulting: Act as a key technical contact for customers, understanding their unique requirements, architecting the solution, and providing expert consultation throughout the project lifecycle.
Code Excellence: Maintain extremely high technical standards, writing clean, well-tested, and efficient code. You will be responsible for code reviews and mentoring junior team members.
Client Interaction: Present technical solutions, articulate complex concepts clearly, and manage technical expectations with customer engineering and product teams.
Project Leadership: Report directly to Suhan, providing regular technical updates, managing development timelines, and ensuring the technical success of all consulting engagements.
Product Feedback: Work closely with the core product and engineering teams to channel customer insights and challenges back into the platform roadmap.

Experience: 5+ years of experience in a Senior Full Stack Developer role, with a proven track record of delivering complex, end-to-end software solutions.
Technical Depth: Expert-level proficiency in multiple full-stack technologies (e.g., Python/Go/Node.js,rust modern JavaScript frameworks like React/Vue/Angular, relational and NoSQL databases), Tauri and mobile app development
Consulting Experience: Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant), requiring the ability to translate business problems into technical requirements and vice versa.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; confident and articulate when discussing technical architecture and project status with both internal teams and external customers.
Cloud Proficiency: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and a solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and scaling applications.
Autonomy: Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous project work streams and function effectively with a high degree of independence.
Nice to Have
Prior experience in the AI/ML or defense technology domain.
Experience with API gateway management, microservices architecture, and security best practices.
Familiarity with task tracking tools like Linear for project management.
A background in implementing custom solutions within large, regulated enterprise environments.
