Role Overview

Accolade Partners is seeking a highly motivated Investment Analyst with 0–1 year of professional experience. Candidates with backgrounds in consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, or investment management are strongly preferred. The successful candidate will join the investment team and contribute primarily to fund investments, with exposure to secondary and direct co-investments.

This role offers significant responsibility across the full investment lifecycle, including due diligence on new opportunities, portfolio monitoring, and internal and external reporting. Level and scope of responsibility will be commensurate with experience. The position is well-suited for a highly analytical, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct or lead quantitative and qualitative due diligence on venture capital and growth equity fund investments
• Analyze fund performance, portfolio construction, and underlying company metrics•Monitor and track existing portfolio investments
• Prepare investment memos, marketing materials, and internal presentations•Contribute to opportunistic secondary and direct co-investment analysis
• Support fundraising activities and broader firm initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field
• Strong interest in venture sectors such as software, fintech, healthcare, frontier technologies, blockchain, and AI
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complex concepts into clear investment insights
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and sound investment judgment•Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with AI tools used in research and analysis (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity)
• Experience with Python, SQL, or similar tools is a plus
• Self-motivated, intellectually curious, team-oriented, and comfortable taking initiative
