What You’ll Do
- Promote products and services of clients on a daily basis in a retail setting
- Support and supervise team members during assigned shifts
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve concerns professionally
- Monitor sales performance and assist in meeting goals
- Help the management team work on client campaign creation and execution
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0–2 years of retail or customer service experience (leadership experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
