Salary Range:  $57000 - $88000 year

Looking to grow into a leadership role instead of staying in the same position long-term? We’re hiring a Retail Management Trainee to join our team and develop into a future Assistant Manager or Store Manager.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is motivated, dependable, and ready to learn the ins and outs of running a successful retail location.

What You’ll Do

  • Promote products and services of clients on a daily basis in a retail setting
  • Support and supervise team members during assigned shifts
  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve concerns professionally
  • Monitor sales performance and assist in meeting goals
  • Help the management team work on client campaign creation and execution
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 0–2 years of retail or customer service experience (leadership experience is a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
