About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Provide chairside assistance during a variety of dental procedures
- Take digital and traditional impressions (iTero scanner experience required)
- Perform dental X-rays (DANB X-ray Certification required)
- Fabricate and adjust temporary crowns
- Assist with composite and amalgam restorative procedures
- Maintain sterilization and infection control standards
- Support orthodontic treatment and patient education - Invisalign experience is a MUST
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of dental assisting experience
- DANB X-ray Certification required
- RDA or Dental Assistant Certification preferred
- Proficiency with iTero scanning and basic ortho workflows
- Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
- Commitment to a patient-focused approach and positive office culture
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time: Monday through Thursday 9am-5pm
- Location: Tempe, AZ (McClintock & Guadalupe)
- Hourly pay: $24-$27 per hour
- Paid Time-off/Holiday Pay
