Foothills Marketing is hiring In-Store Wireless Consultants to support our retail partners by providing excellent customer service and product support. This role is ideal for individuals interested in customer-facing work, learning sales skills, and gaining experience in the retail wireless industry. No prior experience is required — paid training is provided.
Assist retail shoppers by providing helpful, customer-focused service
Promote wireless products and services in a professional, friendly manner
Guide customers through available options and explain features clearly
Learn and maintain product knowledge for wireless providers
Ensure customer needs are matched with appropriate plans or services
Represent our clients positively in retail environments
Develop transferable communication and customer service skills
Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
Willingness to learn and engage with customers
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Sales or retail experience is helpful, but not required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Guaranteed base pay plus performance-based bonuses
Estimated annual earnings: $35,000–$65,000, based on performance
Uncapped commission opportunities
Fully paid training provided
Optional travel opportunities (local and national)
Full-time position
Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
Occasional weekend availability may be required
In-person role based in Spartanburg, South Carolina
