• Talk with customers in retail locations and create a positive, welcoming experience

• Represent well-known brands in a professional and engaging way

• Help customers understand products and guide them through the sales process

• Work with a team that supports your growth and development

• Learn practical sales and communication skills you can use in any career

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude

• Willingness to learn and take feedback

• Ability to work independently and with a team

• Customer service or retail experience is a plus, but not required

• High school diploma or equivalent required

Pay & Benefits

• Guaranteed base pay plus bonuses and incentives

• Estimated annual earnings range: $35,000–$65,000, based on performance

• Uncapped commission opportunities

• Fully paid training — no experience required

• Optional travel opportunities (local and national)

Schedule & Location

• Full-time, Monday–Friday

• 8-hour shifts; occasional weekends as needed

• In-person role based in Spartanburg, South Carolina
