About the Role

Foothills Marketing is seeking motivated individuals in the Spartanburg, SC area who are interested in building a career in sales. This is a full-time, entry-level W-2 position with comprehensive, paid training provided. No prior sales experience is required.

This role offers hands-on experience in both individual and team-based environments while developing communication, customer engagement, and sales skills. We’re looking for individuals who enjoy working with people, are open to learning, and are motivated by growth and performance-based compensation.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers at retail partner locations in the Spartanburg area

• Learn and present product offerings and partner brands

• Complete the full sales process from introduction to close

• Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and sales results

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Postsecondary education or coursework is a plus, but not required

• Customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred, but not required

Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay plus performance-based bonuses and incentives
