Salary Range:  $45000 - $52000 year

Mavericks Solutions is hiring Client Relations Associates in St. John’s. In this role, you’ll support structured outreach efforts by connecting with clients, explaining connectivity and service options, and ensuring every interaction is smooth, informative, and aligned with campaign guidelines.

As a Client Relations Associate, you’ll help clients feel supported from first contact through resolution. You’ll manage communications, track requests, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely, consistent results. Our training covers everything from service features to billing fundamentals—so you can explain options clearly and confidently (and yes, still keep the good vibes).

Day-to-Day Duties of the Client Relations Associate

  • Support a portfolio of clients through consistent communication, relationship-building, and service coordination—making sure no one feels left in the dark.
  • Respond to questions with a friendly, solution-focused approach while coordinating with internal teams to keep requests moving forward.
  • Share current service offerings with clarity and care, helping clients identify options that best match their needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, feedback, and updates using CRM tools to ensure continuity and transparency.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure onboarding and issue resolution are seamless and efficient.
  • Collect client feedback and share insights with leadership to help improve processes and outreach strategies.

What We’re Looking For in a Client Relations Associate

  • High school diploma required
  • Previous experience in a client-facing, relationship-driven role preferred.
  • Clear and confident communicator who makes complex information easy to understand.
  • Empathetic, attentive, and quick to turn questions into practical solutions.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
  • Proactive problem-solver who works well independently and as part of a team.
