Store Manager – Department Store

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a mid-volume department store. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, leading and developing a strong team, maintaining an outstanding store image, and driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and motivate store employees
• Ensure a consistently high level of customer service
• Oversee store presentation, merchandising, and visual standards
• Monitor inventory levels and sell-through performance
• Manage daily operations and drive sales results

Qualifications:

• Previous retail management experience (department store or high-volume retail preferred)
