Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and personable Junior Sales Associate to join our on-site team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to begin a career in sales, marketing, or business development. No prior sales experience is required, as comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.


What You’ll Do

As a Junior Sales Associate, you will represent our clients directly within a retail environment by engaging with customers, supporting sales initiatives, and delivering a positive brand experience. This role is well suited for individuals who enjoy face-to-face interaction and are eager to develop foundational skills in sales, communication, and leadership.


Responsibilities Include 

  • Represent client brands in a professional and customer-focused manner
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product or service information
  • Support in-store sales and promotional initiatives
  • Maintain accurate knowledge of current campaigns and offerings
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
