Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyze current market trends and identify potential areas for expansion or enhancement of company services.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth and profitability.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients while effectively managing client satisfaction and service delivery.
- Lead, coordinate, and participate in key client meetings and industry networking events.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements, sustaining long-term customer relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure brand consistency and increase sales.
- Prepare detailed reports on business development activities including the results and new forecasts.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in the forestry or tree service industry.
- Extensive knowledge of the tree service industry is essential for effective performance.
