AT&T Sales Rep – Costco (Entry Level, No Experience Needed)

In this role, you will be the face of AT&T, directly engaging with Costco members in-store. This is not a remote job and requires your enthusiastic presence on-site, interacting with Costco customers.

As an AT&T Sales Rep at Costco, facilitated by Spartan Solutions Group, you will be part of a dynamic team that strives to enhance the shopping experience of Costco members. You will introduce them to a range of innovative AT&T products and services. This position does not require previous experience in sales, making it a perfect opportunity for those eager to enter the sales domain and drive their career forward. Extensive and paid training is provided to ensure success in your role.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
• Offer detailed explanations of AT&T services and products to Costco members and help them in understanding how these services can meet their needs
• Assist customers in finding the telecommunications solutions that are best for them
• Complete all aspects of opening and closing procedures as necessary
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales goals set by management
• Maintain a current understanding of AT&T’s products and services in order to represent them accurately to customers
• Follow compliance with AT&T and Costco’s operational policies, procedures, and standards
• Attend and participate in meetings and training sessions as required
• Report directly to field managers and liaise with AT&T and Costco staff on-site to solve any issues
• Contribute to the team’s effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Exceptional communication skills and a passion for working with people
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills and a sales-oriented mindset
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required
• Must pass a background check
• Basic understanding of telecommunications industry and AT&T products is advantageous
