We are looking for individuals in the New Britain area, this vacancy is an on-site, non-remote role that demands a high level of commitment and enthusiasm for direct sales and customer engagement. Duties and Responsibilities
- Evaluate customer needs and business potentials to offer tailored AT&T solutions that enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
- Perform direct business-to-business sales activities to establish and develop relationships for new and existing accounts.
- Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a potential client to securing a deal.
- Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships.
- Present products to prospective clients, ensuring the unique selling propositions and advantages are clearly communicated.
- Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty.
- Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs and facilitate timely responses.
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction and to maintain the company’s reputation.
- Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to stay up-to-date with the latest developments and improve networking.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and foster a collaborative sales environment.
Pay:
- Starting from $1,100-$1,500 per week.
- Uncapped commission
- Performance-based bonuses and incentives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or relevant fields, or previous related experience is a plus, but not required.
- Proven experience as a business sales representative in a telecommunications environment.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics and the ability to interpret and capitalize on those metrics to drive success.
- Field-based role with on-the-road responsibilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
