Spartan Developments Inc. is seeking a motivated Sales Representatives in New Haven to join our team in a fast-paced, face-to-face environment. This is a full-time, on-site role offering professional growth within a performance-driven organization.

As a Sales Representative at Spartan Developments Inc., you will play a key role in driving growth by representing business solutions and maintaining a strong commitment to client satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients through face-to-face interactions, providing comprehensive information about products and services, with a focus on B2B promotion for services like AT&T.
  • Develop customized sales strategies based on market research and the individual needs of clients to effectively promote products and services.
  • Maintain a thorough, in-depth knowledge of the company’s offerings and trends in the industry to enhance sales performance.
  • Monitor competitive products and marketing activities to capitalize on business opportunities and counteract potential threats.
  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with key business clients to ensure continuity and recurring business.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, contributing to the overall profitability of the company.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential and existing clients on the technical and financial benefits of products and services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop materials and tools necessary for effective sales presentations.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to build business connections and report insights and opportunities back to management.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts to the management team to assist in business planning and risk assessment.
  • Handle administrative tasks associated with the role, such as processing sales forms and keeping comprehensive records of sales activities.

Pay:

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field is a plus but not required.
  • Proven work experience of at least 3 years as a Sales Representative or Customer Service.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies in a B2B context, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations to a variety of audiences, including high-level executives.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively and efficiently.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Motivation for sales, driven by targets and results, with a persistent approach to engaging new and existing clients.
