About the Program
Dynamic Systems Technology, Inc. (DysTech) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Army Community Service support operations at Fort Bliss. The program provides education, administrative support, and community-based services that help Soldiers and their Families navigate military life, strengthen family readiness, and access critical resources.
The Fort Bliss team supports multiple ACS programs, including the Family Advocacy Program, Relocation Readiness, Employment Readiness, Financial Readiness, Army Family Team Building, Mobilization and Deployment, Exceptional Family Member Program, and Information and Referral.
About the Role
As the Fort Bliss Project Manager, you will provide onsite leadership for a multidisciplinary team of educators and administrative professionals supporting ACS programs across the installation. You will be responsible for daily contract execution, employee supervision, staffing, quality control, reporting, and compliance with Government requirements.
This is a hands-on leadership position that combines project management with operational analysis. You will work directly with Government program managers and DysTech leadership to monitor performance, resolve issues, improve operations, and ensure the Fort Bliss team delivers consistent, responsive support to Soldiers and their Families.

Work Location and Schedule
This position is based onsite at Fort Bliss in El Paso, Texas. Regular operating hours are Monday through Friday, generally between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. The Project Manager must maintain a consistent onsite presence and remain flexible when mission requirements require support outside normal business hours.
