About the Program
Dynamic Systems Technology, Inc. (DysTech) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead HR staffing and classification support services for the U.S. Coast Guard’s Civilian Human Resources Office. The program provides specialized federal HR expertise to support the Coast Guard’s civilian workforce and growing operational workload.
About the Role
This is a fully remote position. You must be physically located in the United States.
As Project Manager, you will lead contract execution and serve as DysTech’s primary point of contact with Coast Guard representatives. You will oversee performance, schedules, reporting, compliance, and coordination across a team of federal HR professionals while ensuring services remain aligned with Government requirements and priorities.
This is a dedicated, full-time leadership position for a hands-on project manager who can build strong customer relationships, use performance data to guide execution, and quickly resolve operational issues. The Project Manager is designated as key personnel and will focus exclusively on management of the program.

Preferred Qualifications
Remote-Work Eligibility
This position may be performed remotely with Government approval. When remote work is authorized, the Project Manager is not required to reside within the National Capital Region. The final work arrangement and any onsite requirements will be determined by the Government following contract award.
The Project Manager must remain available to Coast Guard representatives during required Eastern Time business hours and participate in meetings at Coast Guard facilities or virtually, as requested.
