About the Program
Dynamic Systems Technology, Inc. (DysTech) is seeking an experienced Federal HR Staffing Specialist to support the U.S. Coast Guard’s Civilian Human Resources Office. This program supports the Coast Guard’s growing civilian recruitment and staffing workload and its broader workforce-management mission.
About the Role
Must be located in the Washington, DC area. Potential for client-approved remote work.
In this role, you will support federal recruitment actions from initial job analysis through applicant qualification review and selection-certificate processing. You will draft USAJOBS vacancy announcements, develop assessment criteria, evaluate applicant qualifications, and work closely with Coast Guard HR specialists and subject-matter experts to fill critical civilian positions.
This position is designed for an experienced federal staffing professional with expert knowledge of USA Staffing and USA Hire who can independently produce accurate, compliant recruitment materials. The primary place of performance is USCG Headquarters in Washington, DC, with potential for Government-approved remote work for appropriate tasks.

Work Location and Flexibility
The primary work location is the Douglas A. Munro Coast Guard Headquarters Building in Washington, DC. The position offers potential for remote or telework flexibility when approved by the Government and appropriate for the assigned work. Remote work is not guaranteed, and some duties may require onsite performance.
