About the Role:
Dynamic Systems Technology, Inc. (DysTech) is seeking a qualified Alternate Program Manager (APM) to support the successful execution of the Directorate of Prevention, Resilience, and Readiness (DPRR)program. The APM works closely with the Program Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure contract compliance, and maintain continuity of services. In the absence of the Program Manager, the APM serves as the acting lead and primary point of contact for the Government.
Key Responsibilities:
Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Support the Program Manager in the oversight and execution of all program activities in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS)
- Assume full Program Manager responsibilities during periods of PM absence
- Assist with workforce coordination, staffing coverage, and continuity of operations
- Monitor program performance, schedules, and deliverables to ensure compliance with contract requirements
- Support preparation of reports, briefings, meeting minutes, and status updates for Government stakeholders
- Assist in implementing Quality Control (QC) processes and supporting Quality Assurance (QA) surveillance
- Identify emerging risks or performance issues and recommend corrective actions
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely communication and issue resolution
- Support program transition activities, onboarding, and knowledge transfer efforts
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience supporting federal government contracts or programs
- Experience working directly with Government stakeholders and contract support teams
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM)
- Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) or Army programs
- Familiarity with prevention, resilience, readiness, or human performance initiatives
- Experience working in hybrid or telework-enabled environments
Work Environment:
- Standard business hours, Monday through Friday
- Telework may be permitted in accordance with Government direction and program requirements
- Occasional on-site support or meetings at Government facilities may be required
