About the Role:
Dynamic Systems Technology, Inc. (DysTech) is seeking an experienced Program Manager to provide day-to-day leadership and oversight for a federal support program focused on prevention, readiness, and performance optimization. The Program Manager serves as the primary point of contact for Government stakeholders and is responsible for ensuring high-quality performance, contract compliance, and effective team coordination across all task areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Provide overall management, direction, and control of contract operations in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS)
- Serve as the primary liaison between DysTech and Government stakeholders, including Contracting Officer’s Representatives (CORs)
- Lead and supervise program staff, ensuring adequate staffing levels, continuity of operations, and workforce stability
- Oversee contract deliverables, schedules, and performance metrics to ensure all requirements are met on time and to standard
- Develop and maintain program management artifacts, including plans, reports, briefings, meeting minutes, and status updates
- Implement and manage Quality Control (QC) processes and support Quality Assurance (QA) surveillance activities
- Identify risks and issues, recommend corrective actions, and proactively resolve performance challenges
- Support transition activities, including program startup, knowledge transfer, and continuity planning
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal regulations, security requirements, and data protection standards
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing federal government contracts or programs of similar scope and complexity
- Demonstrated experience overseeing multi-disciplinary teams and coordinating with Government customers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing professional reports and briefings
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) or Army organizations
- Familiarity with prevention, resilience, readiness, or human performance programs
- Experience working in hybrid or telework-enabled environments supporting Government clients
Work Environment:
- Standard business hours, Monday through Friday
- Telework may be permitted in accordance with Government direction and program requirements
- Occasional on-site support or meetings at Government facilities may be required
