Due to recent growth in the Winnipeg area, we are looking for a Client Sales Associate to join our team immediately.

As a Client Sales Associate, we are looking for someone dependable and who is comfortable speaking directly with new and existing customers on behalf of Rogers. In the Client Sales Associate role, you will promote and guide customers into getting the right telecommunication services for them.

Client Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• The Client Sales Associate will act as the primary point of contact, assisting customers with questions they have regarding products, promotions, and sales

• Identify sales opportunities by building and developing customer relationships and offering tailored solutions that fit their everyday needs as a Client Sales Associate

• Engage with customers as a client sales associate to deliver persuasive presentations to generate interest and drive brand loyalty

• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets

• Collaborate with fellow client sales associates to maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions

Client Sales Associate Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business or a related field is preferred, but not required

• The capability to multitask in fast-paced environments

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role is a plus, but not required

• The ability to understand customer needs and present tailored solutions

• High level of professionalism and attention to detail

• Previous experience in negotiation and problem-solving skills

• Someone who can work independently and as part of a team
