As a Retail Brand Ambassador, you’ll be the face of our client brands, engaging directly with customers, sharing product knowledge, and supporting marketing campaigns. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals who are outgoing, coachable, and excited to start a career in marketing, sales, or business development.

Responsibilities

• Represent client brands professionally in retail locations and events
• Engage with customers to increase product awareness and brand loyalty
• Provide excellent customer service and answer product questions
• Assist with in-store marketing and promotional activities
• Track and report campaign results to leadership
• Participate in paid training and development programs

Qualifications

• Customer service or retail experience preferred (not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred
