- Oversee schedules, safety, and quality
- Mentor apprentices & junior electriciansHands-on leadership in fast-paced environments
- Lift up to 50 lbs & work in varied conditions
- Requirements:5+ years Electrical Foreman experience (REQUIRED)
- Proven leadership on large commercial projects
- Self-starter – run jobs independently or with teams
- Valid CA Driver’s License (insurable)
- Physically capable of manual work
