What We’re Looking For:

• Experienced Foremen: We’re looking for skilled professionals with proven experience in commercial, multi-family, and industrial electrical work.
• Leadership Skills: Foreman positions require strong leadership abilities to manage projects and teams effectively.
• Self-Starters: Ability to work independently or lead teams in fast-paced environments.
• Physical Capability: Must be able to perform manual tasks, lift materials (up to 50 lbs.), and work in varied environments.

Your Role:

• Foremen: Oversee crews, ensure projects are on schedule, and maintain a safe, efficient work environment.
• Hands-On Leadership: Provide mentorship to apprentices and junior electricians while managing day-to-day operations on-site.
