· Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care
· Perform periodontal charting and assessments
· Take digital radiographs and iTero scanning
· Educate patients regarding oral health and treatment recommendations
· Collaborate with doctors and team members to ensure exceptional patient care
· Maintain accurate clinical documentation
· Follow OSHA and infection control protocols
· Build long-term relationships with patients
· Active Arizona Dental Hygiene License
· Local Anesthesia Certification optional
· Current CPR Certification
· Excellent communication and patient education skills
· Strong attention to detail
· Positive and professional attitude
· Experience with Dentrix software preferred
· Loves educating and motivating patients
· Values teamwork and collaboration
· Is dependable, organized, and proactive
· Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
· Wants to grow professionally and contribute to a thriving practice
