The Role

As our Treatment Coordinator/ Insurance Specialist, you help patients understand their treatment, navigate costs, and confidently say “yes” to the care they need. You also support the team, strengthen systems, and contribute to the culture that makes our practice thrive.

What You’ll Do

• Present treatment clearly and build trust
• Work with insurance companies to ensure accurate estimates and payments
• Help explain and arrange payment options
• Maintain strong follow-through on A/R and collections
• Track and improve case acceptance
• Follow up on unscheduled treatment daily
• Keep doctor and hygiene schedules full and productive
• Lead with positivity, clarity, and alignment

Who You Are

• Friendly, compassionate, and confident discussing money
• Experienced with at least 1 year of Dental Insurance Billing and Claims
• Highly organized with excellent communication
• Strong in treatment follow-up, A/R, and collections
• A team player who leads by example
• Driven to reach case acceptance and collection goals
