Who are we at RIDD?
RIDD exists to create real personal development through hands-on training. We’ve helped large numbers of motivated individuals step into the Home Services and Sales space by focusing on potential over polish. Prior experience isn’t the deciding factor here — effort and commitment are.
We look for people who already operate with discipline, accountability, and a strong internal drive. These traits can’t be trained, and they matter more than any résumé line. What can be taught are the technical skills: selling effectively, leading others, understanding marketing fundamentals, and executing proven business systems. Real growth happens fastest when you learn directly from those who are already producing results.
That’s the model RIDD was built on. You’ll have access to established performers within the pest control industry and a structured framework designed to shorten the learning curve. For individuals who apply themselves, the chance to reach a high level of performance can happen in a single Summer.
Why Join RIDD?
Our company culture is anchored in three core values: collaboration, transparency, and career development.
1) Collaboration: Our award-winning sales team includes multiple professionals nationally recognized as top performers within the pest control industry.
2) Transparency: Integrity guides everything we do. We are clear and upfront about training, expectations, performance, and compensation — ensuring employees are always informed and aligned.
3) Personal Growth: Growth opportunities are merit-based, and never influenced by favoritism. Team members who consistently perform and develop are given the opportunity to participate in long-term ownership and shared success.
There's something special about our culture that you have to experience yourself in order to know the RIDD Difference!
