Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities:

As an Entry-Level Outside Sales Consultant, you’ll talk directly with homeowners at their front door, showing them how our pest control service can make their homes safer and easier to maintain. When there’s a good fit, you’ll help them choose the plan that makes the most sense for their family.

This role is ideal for people who enjoy connecting with others and can communicate confidently in fast-paced, face-to-face conversations. By staying consistent, professional, and well-prepared, you’ll turn cold introductions into loyal, long-term customers.

At RIDD, training isn’t an afterthought — it’s the foundation. You’ll receive hands-on field coaching, proven sales systems, and continuous development through real-world experience. Opportunities to grow and advance come quickly for those who put in the effort.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commit to traveling to, and working, in one of our 8 locations around the US (Rental Bonus covers costs.)

  • Conduct door-to-door prospecting to increase awareness of our affordable, high-quality pest control services.

  • Work around homeowners' schedules, focusing on afternoon and evening availability to maximize engagement.

  • Commit to a seasonal summer work schedule from April through September (or a comparable time frame).

  • Educate homeowners on the long-term benefits of professional pest control services.

  • Participate in daily sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and stay ahead of industry trends.

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring strong relationships through regular follow-ups.

  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.


Who We’re Looking For:

  • No sales experience? No problem! While a background in sales is a plus, we provide comprehensive training to set you up for success.

  • Perfect for entry-level candidates! Recent high school graduates and college students are strongly encouraged to apply.

  • Prepared to travel to, and live, in-market at one of our 8 locations nationwide (housing costs subsidized through performance-based bonuses)

  • Must be resilient and adaptable, able to handle regular rejection while maintaining a professional, positive attitude.

  • Full-time availability required (9-hour shifts) from April through September for the summer sales season.

  • Strong communication skills are a must; bilingual candidates are a plus!

  • Willingness to learn, follow scripts, and complete sales training to improve performance.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.


Compensation:

  • Approximated seasonal/summer earnings: $75,000 - $90,000 (includes advances, commissions, performance bonuses, and profit-sharing).

  • Competitive, tiered commission structure with additional structured incentives for high performers.
