Enterprise Security Services Corporation is seeking dependable Unarmed Security Officers to serve communities in and around Mount Airy. Where you'll work

Officers are assigned to client sites across the Mount Airy, Frederick, and Carroll County area, such as retail, commercial, and community locations. Since assignments follow coverage needs, your specific worksite can vary, and we value officers who are reliable across the broader area.

Responsibilities

Maintain a dependable, visible security presence at assigned locations
Patrol interior and exterior areas to spot and report concerns early
Monitor and control access at entrances and key points
Offer courteous assistance to customers, staff, and visitors
De-escalate disputes and respond calmly to disturbances
Document daily activity and report incidents accurately
Communicate promptly with management and emergency services when needed

Requirements

Possess or be able to obtain Maryland security guard certification through our licensed agency under Maryland State Police requirements
Meet Maryland's minimum age and eligibility standards for security work
Pass a criminal background check
Reliable transportation to reach assigned sites in the Mount Airy, Frederick and surrounding areas
Strong communication and situational awareness
Able to stand and walk for extended periods
Prior experience in security or a related field is welcome but not required
