Overview
Enterprise Security Services Corporation is growing its Loudoun County team and hiring Unarmed Security Officers to support client sites throughout the Ashburn and Dulles corridor. A women-owned, minority-owned company with more than 30 years of expertise, we pair professional service with dependable, well-trained officers.
Where you'll work
This role covers client locations in and around Ashburn, including retail, commercial, and office settings. Worksites are assigned according to current coverage needs and can change between assignments, so we are looking for officers who can work flexibly across the area.
Responsibilities
- Provide a professional, visible deterrent against theft, trespassing, and property damage
- Secure and monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas
- Assist visitors, tenants, and customers with a courteous, service-first approach
- Patrol assigned interior and exterior zones throughout the shift
- Identify and report safety hazards, suspicious behavior, or policy violations
- Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies per site procedures
- Complete clear daily activity and incident reports
Requirements
- Possess or be able to obtain a Virginia DCJS unarmed security officer registration
- Meet Virginia's minimum age and eligibility requirements for security registration
- Pass a criminal background check
- Dependable transportation to assigned sites across the Ashburn and Dulles area
- Professional appearance and conduct at all times
- Ability to remain alert and on your feet for an entire shift
- Prior security or customer service experience preferred but not necessary

Uniform & equipment
Ability to obtain a Class A black uniform; radios may be issued.
Schedule
