Enterprise Security Services Corporation, a women-owned and minority-owned company with over three decades in the field, is adding Unarmed Security Officers to our Prince William County team. Where you'll work

Assignments cover client sites in and around Manassas, such as retail centers, commercial properties, and similar locations. Because coverage needs shift, the exact site you work can vary from one assignment to the next, so we look for officers who are flexible and dependable across the local area.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the property, inside and out, to identify and address safety or security concerns
• Keep a visible presence that discourages shoplifting, vandalism, and trespassing
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry where required
• Provide friendly, helpful service to customers and staff
• Respond promptly and professionally to incidents and emergencies
• Watch surveillance equipment and report unusual or suspicious activity
• Write accurate, detailed reports for each shift

Requirements

• Possess or be able to obtain a Virginia DCJS unarmed security officer registration
• Meet Virginia's minimum age and eligibility requirements for security registration
• Clear a criminal background check
• Dependable transportation to reach assigned sites in the Manassas area
• Good judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm under pressure
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
• Experience in security, retail loss prevention, military, or law enforcement is a plus

Uniform & equipment

Ability to obtain a Class A black uniform; communication equipment may be provided.

Schedule
