Why You’ll Love Working Here
Ferber Dental Group is one of South Florida’s most technologically advanced, surgically focused, fee-for-service practices led by a highly skilled implant dentist with over two decades of experience and a reputation for delivering life-changing dentistry. Dr. Ferber has grown this practice from the ground up and now seeks a true operational partner who can help elevate the business, stabilize systems, and build a more well-rounded, high-performing general and implant practice. This is a role for someone who wants real responsibility, real authority, and real impact.
You’ll step into an office with long-tenured staff, strong clinical talent, and significant production volume. Many team members have been with the practice for over a decade and are deeply committed to excellent dentistry. But the practice is ready for more decisive leadership, better accountability, and someone who can transform a “good” practice into a highly optimized, metrics-driven, predictable operation. You won’t inherit chaos, you’ll inherit opportunity.
This role is perfect for a leader who loves developing people, coaching communication, and holding staff accountable to results. You’ll help lead a practice that invests heavily in cutting-edge technology, CBCT, facial scanning, photogrammetry, Yomi robotics, seven mills, two printers, and a full in-house lab. While you won’t be operating this equipment, it creates efficient workflows, high case acceptance, and consistent production, giving you the foundation you need to run a high-performing operation. You’ll work directly with a visionary owner who embraces innovation and invests heavily in tools and systems that give the right leader everything they need to succeed.
Long term, this is a growth opportunity with real influence. Dr. Ferber’s goal is to build a practice that becomes less dependent on him personally and eventually runs independently. The right individual will help drive expansion in general dentistry, hygiene, and implant production, while reducing reliance on external advertising through improved internal systems. If you want to build something meaningful and long-lasting, this is the place to do it.
Located in Greenacres, Florida—just south of West Palm Beach—you’ll enjoy year-round sunshine, vibrant culture, diverse communities, and easy access to beaches, dining, entertainment, and family-friendly neighborhoods. It’s a great place to build a life while building a career.
Accountability Every Day – The team needs a leader who keeps goals alive past the first 72 hours. You’ll reinforce expectations, ensure follow-through, and make sure that new initiatives, discount plans, review goals, and crown targets never fizzle out. You set the pace, the standards, and the cadence of execution.
Emotional Intelligence & People Insight – You must read people quickly, pick up on avoidance patterns, and understand when a staff member is struggling versus when they’re deflecting. You’ll help a long-tenured team grow, adapt, and buy into a new level of performance, all with fairness, steadiness, and clarity.
Data-Driven Decision Making – Numbers will drive your strategy. You’ll track crown production, hygiene metrics, implant volume, and case conversions to diagnose bottlenecks and create tactical plans to hit ambitious goals. Metrics will be your compass.
Friendly but Firm Leadership – You’ll earn trust, build rapport, and integrate into an established team—while maintaining authority. You can be warm and approachable without becoming “one of the crew.” When hard decisions are required, you won’t flinch.
Extreme Ownership & Long-Term Thinking-This role requires someone who treats the practice like their own. You understand the mission: build a more balanced practice that’s eventually self-sustaining. You’re here to create lasting impact, not look for a quick escape from your current job.
