All Pro Plumbing NW LLC is hiring a Plumbing Technician (Licensed) to own high-quality, profitable residential service work in the field. You will lead on-site diagnosis, customer communication, safe/code-compliant repairs, and complete ServiceTitan documentation, often while working with a helper or apprentice on your truck. This role is performance-based (commission). Total compensation depends on workload and performance.
Diagnose plumbing issues and confirm scope using company standards, safety practices, and applicable code requirements.
Present clear options, set expectations, and obtain authorization before performing work beyond the approved scope.
Execute repairs and installations with a focus on quality, efficiency, and long-term reliability.
Communicate job status, constraints, and next steps to customers and internal teams.
Maintain accurate ServiceTitan job updates, notes, photos, line items, and closeout documentation (same-day when required).
Maintain truck readiness and parts discipline (inventory awareness, material accountability, job prep).
Lead the truck day-to-day, including tasking/coaching helpers or apprentices while maintaining throughput and quality.
Escalate appropriately when safety, code compliance, or scope ambiguity requires support.
Safety-first: stop work and escalate when conditions are unsafe or unclear.
Code-compliant workmanship: no shortcuts that increase risk or callbacks.
Authorization required: do not proceed on unapproved scope, pricing, or change orders.
Documentation is part of the job: capture findings, work performed, approvals/declines, and before/after evidence as required.
Professional conduct: maintain respectful, clear communication with customers and teammates.
Current Washington State plumbing license: PL01, PL02, or PL04 (required).
3+ years verifiable residential service & repair experience.
Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain an acceptable driving record.
Strong customer-facing communication and comfort in explaining technical issues in plain language.
Reliable execution in a mobile, fast-paced environment with minimal oversight.
Consistently deliver clean, code-compliant work with low rework/callback risk.
Close out jobs accurately in ServiceTitan (notes/photos/line items/status) without chasing after-the-fact fixes.
Manage the day efficiently: arrive prepared, control scope, minimize time waste, and keep the truck moving.
Maintain job profitability through sound diagnosis, accurate material/labor decisions, and disciplined authorization practices.
Use helpers/apprentices effectively while maintaining safety and quality.
Work is performed in residential environments (indoors/outdoors) and may include confined spaces (crawl spaces and attics), ladders, and varied weather conditions.
Regular driving between job sites is required.
Must be able to lift/carry typical tools and materials and perform physical tasks common in residential plumbing work.
Schedule may vary based on customer demand and business needs.
