All Pro Plumbing is hiring a Plumbing Technician (Apprentice Path, 2000+ hrs) to progress toward licensed truck-lead capability while delivering safe, high-quality residential service work. You will execute work under the oversight of a licensed lead, strengthen diagnostics and workmanship, and build disciplined ServiceTitan documentation habits as you advance through apprenticeship milestones.
Support on-site diagnosis and scope confirmation under a licensed lead; ask questions early when scope or safety is unclear.
Perform approved repairs and installations to company workmanship standards and applicable code (within current authorization/skill level).
Prepare jobs effectively: parts staging, tool readiness, protection of the home, and clean work area setup.
Maintain accurate ServiceTitan updates, notes, photos, and closeout documentation (same-day when required).
Practice strong parts discipline (material accountability, returns, and preventing truck/warehouse waste).
Communicate job status and constraints to the lead technician and internal teams.
Follow training plan milestones and track hours/requirements toward the next licensing step.
Safety-first: stop work and escalate when hazards are present or suspected (gas, sewage exposure, electrical, structural risk).
Follow all company SOPs, code requirements, and “no shortcuts” workmanship expectations.
Protect customer property: cleanliness, home protection, and respectful communication at all times.
Do not promise discounts/refunds/warranty outcomes—route approvals to the proper owner.
Document work clearly and honestly (what was found, what was done, what remains).
Current Washington State trainee certificate holder (required). 2000+ verified field hours and a clear path toward completing apprenticeship requirements.
Demonstrated reliability: punctual, coachable, and able to follow standards without constant supervision.
Comfort using a mobile app for job updates and documentation (ServiceTitan or similar).
Valid and unrestricted driver’s license with an acceptable driving record, and ability to work in a mobile, physical job environment.
Consistently execute work that meets workmanship and safety standards with decreasing rework.
Improve diagnostic and execution skills month over month (fewer avoidable mistakes, stronger job preparation).
Maintain clean, complete documentation that supports billing, warranty, and team clarity.
Support a smooth daily truck workflow: parts readiness, organization, and proactive communication.
Advance through apprenticeship milestones on schedule.
Work is performed in residential environments and requires physical activity (lifting/carrying tools/materials, kneeling, climbing, and working in confined spaces).
Work is mobile and primarily field-based; schedule may vary based on customer demand and business needs.
May work alongside a licensed lead and/or helper depending on job requirements and staffing.
Requires adherence to PPE and safety procedures at all times.
All Pro Plumbing is an equal opportunity employer.
