About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Group Home Administrator licensed in California to oversee daily operations and ensure a safe, compliant, and supportive environment for youth in care. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of regulatory requirements, and the ability to maintain effective communication with staff, residents, families, and external agencies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily facility operations and ensure compliance with California CDSS regulations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for Regional Center staff and oversee resident admissions.
Provide leadership, direction, and evaluation of staff performance.
Oversee financial management, program development, and implementation.
Recruit, train, and support staff members to ensure high-quality care and service delivery.
Address and resolve resident and staff concerns or complaints.
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in accordance with state requirements.
Qualifications
Minimum one year of experience working as a Group Home Administrator in California.
Valid California CDSS Group Home Administrator License (required).
Strong understanding of state regulations and group home operations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with the regional Center, staff, residents, families, and external partners.
