Cleanerific, LLC, a reputable leader in residential and commercial cleaning services, is excited to announce a new opening for a Receptionist/Office Support role. This position is designed for individuals seeking a hands-on role in a dynamic environment to enhance organizational efficiency. It is essential to note that this is a Part-Time position based in-house; thus, this is Not a Remote Job. The chosen candidate will join our team and contribute by providing critical administrative and frontline support, ensuring seamless operations within the company.

We pride ourselves on delivering premium cleaning services and are looking for a team player committed to maintaining our standard of excellence. Our operational hours span from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, requiring a dedicated professional who can efficiently manage multiple tasks during these times.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Learn the software systems utilized within the office for efficient workflow.
  • Accurately gather all relevant information from customers to address their needs effectively.
  • Learn the variety of services provided by Cleanerific to assist clients comprehensively.
  • Meet and greet employees on-site for dispatch, ensuring a smooth workflow.
  • Answer phones, take detailed messages, and forward communications to appropriate departments.
  • Communicate via phone and email with customers, ensuring all inquiries and requirements are met with high satisfaction.
  • Work as a team player to enhance the effectiveness of our client services and contribute positively to the team dynamic.

Requirements

  • Professional communication skills to engage with our diverse clientele effectively.
  • Customer service skills, demonstrating the ability to resolve client issues promptly and professionally.
  • Effective phone etiquette to manage inbound and outbound communications smoothly.
  • Solid work ethic and a commitment to contributing positively to the office environment.
  • Basic to intermediate skills in general office support tasks, including document management and scheduling.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a small office environment with minimal supervision.
  • High degree of honesty, integrity, and a knack for time management.
  • Being bilingual in Spanish is a notable advantage.
