Dental Treatment Coordinator (Full-Time)

We're looking for an experienced, patient-focused Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our growing, modern dental practice. If you have a proven track record of presenting treatment plans, building patient trust, and increasing case acceptance, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Present and explain treatment plans
- Verify insurance and discuss financial options
- Coordinate patient care from diagnosis to completion
- Schedule treatment and follow up on unscheduled cases
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Dental Treatment Coordinator experience
- Proven success with treatment presentation and case acceptance
- Experience with insurance verification and financing (CareCredit, Sunbit, Cherry, etc.)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Open Dental experience is a plus
