Lead Dental assistant
Join our growing practice as a Lead Dental Assistant and play a key role in shaping our clinical team. We’re looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) professional with advanced dental experience, iTero scanning, Invisalign workflows, and phlebotomy skills, who can lead by example, manage assistants, and maintain the highest standards of patient care.
Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures
Prepare, sterilize, and maintain treatment rooms and instruments
Take dental X-rays and digital impressions using intraoral scanners (iTero)
Support Invisalign workflows and patient education
Use Open Dental software for scheduling and patient records
Educate patients on post-treatment care and oral hygiene
Ensure compliance with OSHA and infection control protocols
Provide a welcoming and professional patient experience
Perform administrative duties as needed (phones, scheduling, supplies)
2–3 years of Dental Assisting experience in the U.S. (required)
High school diploma required; dental assistant training preferred
CDA or RDA certification (preferred)
Experience with intraoral scanners and Invisalign (strongly preferred)
Proficiency with Open Dental software (preferred)
English required; bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
Reliable transportation to Downtown Miami
Monday–Friday (no weekends)
Full-time, flexible hours
$18.00 – $24.00 per hour, based on experience
